This is a 12″x 16″ oil on canvas and completed in 1982. It is a portrait of a child gazing out a window. Something has caught her attention and that sense of wonder is on her face.
…I must have visited quite a few museums in my time, but remember only the one at Hyderabad, where I had gone some 20 years ago!
There, in the paintings section, I came to realize how much Beauty there is in Paintings in the Original. What a tremendous difference between what we see on the ‘net’ and the originals!
As such, You people are Lucky to have such Treasures.
That’s understandable. It is clear a lot of time and attention to detail was captured in the work. Amazing talent you have. I wish I could draw as well as sing.
