Jahan’s Tribute by swo8 Blues Jazz from the album Black Taj in iTunes

It was about this time of year we headed to India. It was foggy when we landed in New Delhi. Our driver picked us up and took us to our hotel. The next day, very early in the morning, I heard this heavenly voice from the street. I rose to check it out. There in the street below was a beautiful young woman whose plaintive voice revealed a broken heart. The next day we took the short drive to Agra where one finds the Taj Mahal. It is amazing what one does for love and a broken heart. The Taj Mahal is an ivory-white marble mausoleum on the south bank of the Yamuna River. It was commissioned to be built by Shah Jahan (reigned from 1628 to 1658), to house the tomb of his favourite wife, Mumtaz Mahal. This monumental edifice is a most remarkable tribute to love.3:17 min.
