Jahan’s Tribute by swo8 Blues Jazz from the album Black Taj in iTunes

A tribute of love is inspiring to us all. On the south bank of the Yamuna River, in the city of Agra, lies an edifice that is a monumental tribute, of the love of a man for his wife, The Taj Mahal. The Mughal Emperor, Shah Jahan, had it commissioned in 1632, to house the tomb of his favourite wife, Mumtaz Mahal. As the sun rises over this amazing structure the white marble literally sparkles in the the sun light. It is a blend of harmony and balance. It is also an architectural wonder that will draw you into the magic of that love. 3:18 min. 2MB

      • True…the photos I’ve seen are majestic – and sometimes, seeing with one’s own eyes is the best, I feel. That’s how I experienced seeing Lake Michigan for the first time…cresting a hill in Chicago on a beautiful morning in May; seeing that expanse of blue on a clear, smog-free, cloudless morning…small wonder some pioneers felt that they’d reached the Pacific Ocean, and settled down on its banks!

  1. Whoa! This blog looks exactly like my old one! It’s on a totally different subject but it has pretty much the same page layout and design. Excellent choice of colors!
